How to Pasaload for Smart Prepaid

Pasaload is a service offered by Smart Communications that allows Smart Prepaid subscribers to transfer loads or credits to another Smart Prepaid subscriber. This service is very useful for sharing loads or credits with family and friends who may need it.

To Pasaload for Smart Prepaid, follow these Simple Steps:

  1. Check your Balance: Before you start to Pasaload, make sure that you have enough balance in your account. Dial *123# and press the call button to check your balance.
  2. Know the Recipient’s Phone Number: You will need the phone number of the person you want to Pasaload. Make sure that the number you are sending the load to is a Smart Prepaid number.
  3. Choose The Pasaload Amount: Decide on the amount that you want to Pasaload. Smart Prepaid allows load transfers from as low as Php 2 up to Php 1,000.
  4. Send the Pasaload: To send the Pasaload, just type the following command on your phone:

121<Smart Prepaid number of recipient><Amount># and press the call button. For example, if you want to send Php 50 to the number 09123456789, type 1210912345678950#.

  1. Confirm the Transaction: After sending the Pasaload, you will receive a confirmation message from Smart. Make sure to double-check the recipient’s phone number and the amount of the load before confirming the transaction.
  2. Wait for the Confirmation From The Recipient: After sending the Pasaload, inform the recipient that you have sent the load. Wait for a confirmation from them to ensure that the load has been successfully received.
  3. Keep The Transaction Receipt: After the transaction, keep the Pasaload transaction receipt as proof of the transaction. This can be used as a reference in case of any issues with the load transfer.
